Lighthouse Youth Team

If you enjoy investing in young people and building meaningful relationships, Lighthouse Youth is a great place to serve.

The teenage years are a significant season of growth, questions, discovery, and change. Lighthouse Youth exists to create a safe, welcoming environment where young people can build friendships, explore faith, and discover who Jesus is. Through consistent relationships, encouragement, and genuine care, our team helps teenagers feel known, valued, and supported as they navigate life and faith.

Whether you’re leading conversations, supporting practical aspects of the night, or helping young people get there in the first place, you’ll play an important role in creating an environment where teenagers can belong and grow.

There are a number of ways you can be part of this team:
- Youth Worker:
  Help create a safe, organised, and welcoming environment by supporting the practical aspects of youth nights.
- Youth Leader:
  Build authentic relationships with teenagers, lead conversations, and help young people grow in their faith.
- Youth Bus Driver:
  Provide safe and reliable transport that helps young people access community, connection, and faith-building environments.
- Being part of a team that genuinely cares about young people.
- Opportunities to build trust and meaningful relationships.
- Support and guidance as you grow in confidence.
- A fun, energetic ministry environment.
- A Blue Card is required for all serving roles.
