Young Adults Team

If you’re passionate about building community and helping young adults find their place, the YA team is a great volunteer team to be part of.

Lighthouse Young Adults exists to help young adults connect, build meaningful relationships, and grow in their faith alongside others navigating a similar season of life. Through monthly KickOff gatherings, Connect Events, and Nav Groups, we create environments where young adults can belong, ask honest questions, explore faith, and build genuine community.

Whether you’re welcoming someone for the first time, helping create a great event experience, or leading a group, you’ll play an important role in helping young adults find their people and deepen their faith.

There are a number of ways you can be part of this team:
- KickOff Team:
  Help create welcoming and engaging monthly gatherings where young adults can connect, grow, and explore faith together.
  Includes:
  - Welcome Team
  - Auditorium & Foyer Hosts
  - Worship Team
  - MC
  - Sound
  - Graphics
  - Lighting
  - Photography
  - Videography
- Connect Event Team:
  Help create fun and meaningful social events that build friendships and community outside of church gatherings.
  Includes:
  - Event Hosts
  - Check-In Team
  - Event Support
  - General Event Leadership
- Nav Group Leaders
  Lead smaller communities where young adults can build authentic relationships, explore faith, and navigate life together.
- Being part of a fun, welcoming, and community-focused environment.
- Opportunities to build meaningful relationships with young adults.
- Flexible serving opportunities throughout the month.
- Support and encouragement from the Young Adults leadership team.
