If you enjoy hospitality, meeting people, and creating welcoming environments, The Dock Café is a great place to serve.

The Dock exists to create space for connection, conversation, and community. It’s more than just a café - it’s a place where relationships are formed, stories are shared, and people feel welcomed and at ease. Whether someone is visiting for the first time or has called Lighthouse home for years, The Dock helps create opportunities for meaningful connection before and after church.

By serving coffee, preparing drinks, and creating a warm atmosphere, you’ll help make Lighthouse feel accessible, relational, and welcoming. Often some of the most meaningful conversations in church life happen over a coffee, and this team helps make those moments possible.

There are a number of ways you can be part of this team:
- Barista:
  Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks while helping create a welcoming and enjoyable café experience for everyone who visits.
- Cashier:
  Welcome customers, process orders, and help create a smooth and friendly experience at The Dock.
- Serving alongside a welcoming and supportive team.
- Opportunities to connect with people from across our church and community.
- Training and support as you learn the role - no experience needed.
- A fun, relational serving environment.
