Service Programming Team

If you're passionate about music, production, arts or hospitality, the Service Programming Department is a great place to serve.

The Service Programming Department (SPD) programs experiences, using relevant environments, tools and skills, where anyone can know Jesus better or for the first time. The teams within SPD work together to develop gatherings and events through hosting, music, production and creative arts.

  • There are a number of ways you can be part of this team:

    • Welcome Team:
      Help every person feel seen and at home from the moment they arrive.

    • Tech Team:
      Support sound, lighting, graphics and production to deliver smooth, distraction-free services.

    • Arts Team:
      Use photography, video, design, and digital content to help tell the story of what God is doing at Lighthouse and in our community.

    • Music Team:
      Lead people in worship by using your musical gifts to help create space for people to encounter Jesus.

    • A Christ-centred, missional and collaborative team.

    • Opportunities to use and develop gifts and skills.

    • Support and communication from team leaders.

    • Training and guidance as you grow in your role.
