Leading a Nav Group
If you’re passionate about people, community, and helping others grow in their faith, Nav Group Leadership is a meaningful way to serve.
Nav Groups are where much of life and discipleship happen at Lighthouse. They create space for people to build genuine relationships, navigate life’s challenges together, ask honest questions, and grow in their faith alongside others. While Sunday services bring people together, Nav Groups help people move from simply attending church to becoming part of a community.
As a Nav Group Leader, you’ll help create an environment where people feel welcomed, supported, and encouraged. You don’t need to have all the answers or be a Bible expert - what matters most is a willingness to care for people, facilitate conversation, and journey alongside others as they grow.

There are a number of ways you can be part of this team:
Nav Group Leader:
Lead and facilitate a group environment where people can build community, explore faith, and grow together through meaningful relationships. You can host in your own home, or at church.

Building meaningful relationships with people.
Creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
Ongoing support and encouragement from the Equip Team.
Opportunities to help others grow in faith and community.
