If you enjoy building relationships, helping people feel connected, and coming alongside others as they take their next step, the Connections Team could be a great fit for you.

Connections exists to help people move from simply attending church to becoming meaningfully connected within the Lighthouse family. Through genuine conversations, intentional relationships, and helping people discover opportunities to get involved, this team plays an important role in creating a church where no one feels overlooked or alone.

Whether it’s helping someone discover a Nav Group, pointing them towards opportunities to serve, or simply taking the time to listen and encourage, every interaction helps people find a place where they can belong, grow, and become part of the Lighthouse community.

By serving in this area, you’ll help create a church where people feel known, supported, and encouraged to take their next step in faith and community.

There are a number of ways you can be part of this team:
- Info Desk Team:
  Help answer questions, provide information, and guide people toward their next steps at Lighthouse.
- Serving on Sundays alongside a friendly team.
- Clear guidance so you feel confident in your role.
- Simple, people-focused serving.
- Opportunities to help others feel at home.
